Private Practice in clinical and forensic psychology, Needham, MA.  Forensic evaluation and consultation in a variety of areas, including competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, risk assessment.  Consultation to Department of Public Health/Division of Health Professions Licensure.  Specialization in sex offender evaluation for SDP/SVP proceedings, SORB hearings.  Expert testimony in all Superior Courts in MA; consultation to attorneys in NH, NY, NC, RI, FL, VA and WA; appointments by Federal Court to conduct SDP evaluations under the Adam Walsh Act in MA and NC.

 

1992-2006

1986-1989           

Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, Bridgewater State Hospital, Bridgewater, MA.  Forensic evaluations of competency to stand trial,  mental state at time of offense, aid to sentencing, civil commitment at the state’s only maximum security forensic hospital.  Primary psychologist on maximum security unit.  Development of an expert witness training program.  Designated as a Qualified Forensic Psychologist after examination and supervision.
